You've been showing up, setting goals, and building momentum! I’m so proud of you! If you’ve already bumped into some resistance, today’s lesson is going to meet you right where you are. Because every writer wrestles with obstacles—yes, even professionals.

Today, we’re not going to push past them or pretend they don’t exist. We’re going to name them. Because when you name your obstacle, you can tame it and even begin to rewrite the story it’s telling you.
